The CT12 meat tenderizer attachment is ideal for turning inexpensive difficult to merchandise cuts of meat into tender and appetizing product that is easy to sell. The unit quickly cuts and knits both sides of the meat at once for a more consistent tenderized pattern. This helps to ensure that the products juices are sealed in when cooked. This attachment is an accessory for the CC12 #12 meat chopper.
